Meet three people who fit. Then get back to leading.

You're a manager, not a recruiter. Patching a job description and sifting keyword-filtered CVs isn't your job. Tell us the need; we come back with three proposals that fit.

What usually arrives

Twenty CVs that look the same, polished and filtered on keywords on the way to you.

Your actual need

  • Goals
  • The team
  • What you hand over
  • Start date
  • Budget

Qualified with you

Three proposals that fit

Example profiles
  1. Option 1

Fits your goal: moved an insurer's warehouse to Databricks. Works best in small teams that own their data.

  3. Option 3

Fits what you hand over: has led three first platform builds. Next step: lead a platform team.

    • Free 1 Dec

What you meant vs. what arrives

You know what you need. On its way through the usual layers, every dimension of it is stripped away until only the keywords are left. That's why the pile on your desk doesn't match what you asked for.

What you meant What survives An illustration, not a measurement.

Twenty CVs that match the keywords, not your need. The context you started with never arrived.

  • The CV you liked is "no longer available" by the time you ask to meet.
  • You may not talk to the firm, so nobody ever hears what you actually need.

And the people you're sold don't stay.Polished CVs set expectations nobody can meet. People leave early, and the pile starts again.

How a match works

Both sides give us their full context. We match on it. Names are shared only when the interest is mutual.

You

  1. We qualify the need with youGoals, team, what you hand over, the date, the budget.
  2. Three proposals that fitEach with why it fits, written next to the profile.
  3. You mark interestAnonymised profiles. No chasing, no pile.

The consultant

  1. Shares their profile and requirementsWritten with us, approved by them: way of working, context, next step, date.
  2. Verified, currentAvailability and requirements confirmed and kept up to date.
  3. Reviews your missionSees it in full and says whether they share your interest.
It's mutualNames shared. You meet directly.

Only when you and the consultant both say yes.

Less recruiting. More leading.

We write the need with you

Goals, team, context and what you hand over. Or let us run the intake for you. One clear brief instead of a patched job description.

We read people, not keywords

Experience, way of working, the context someone thrives in and the step they want next. Nobody's CV is rewritten to fit.

A direct line

Once it's mutual, you talk to the person directly, and to us. No layers in between, no message lost on the way.

Plan ahead, not when the gap opens

Put up next quarter's need now. We propose people on the availability they shared and keep current, so you can meet someone now and agree the start for your date.

They stay because the deal is fair

The consultant keeps 100% of the rate and every indexation, and sees our fee. From their third year with the same client, our fee drops to €65 and the €10 goes to them. Fewer reasons to listen to the next recruiter.

A percentage grows with the rate. A flat fee doesn't.

For your own budget: one mission, an agency margin against our flat fee. The method is below the result.

Agency margin on this mission€16,000
Maveriq fee on this mission€6,000
Kept in your budget€10,000
How we calculate

Agency margin = day rate × margin × days. Maveriq fee = €75 × days (our maximum). Kept in budget = the difference. Agency margins in Belgium typically run 15 to 30% of the day rate and are rarely disclosed.

Before you share a mission

We already have a framework with an MSP.
More CVs never made a better hire. A framework controls the process, but it filters on keywords: it doesn't know your team, your goals or what you hand over. We start from your actual need and propose three people who fit it. We work alongside your procurement team, not around it.
Everyone says "AI matching". What is different?
We start with a conversation about your need and about each consultant. Software helps us read and compare; people decide. The difference you will notice is who we propose and why, written next to each profile.
Can I plan for next quarter now?
Yes. Share the need with its start date. We propose people whose shared availability lines up with it, so you can meet them now and agree the start for that date. Who is available stays private until there is mutual interest.
What if none of the three fit?
Then we tell you why, refine the need with you and come back. You only pay for days worked.
When do we learn the consultant's name?
Profiles are anonymised until you and the consultant both say yes. Then you meet directly.
What does it cost?
One flat fee of maximum €75 per day worked, all-in: matching, contract, timesheets and invoicing. The consultant keeps their full rate and sees the fee. Example: they keep €800, you pay €875.

One mission. Three people.

Share one open or upcoming Data mission. We qualify it with you and come back with three people who fit, verified for your date.

Planning for next quarter?

Share the need now, with its start date. We propose people whose availability lines up with it, so you can meet them now and agree the start ahead of time.
